IVF Cooling Rate Instrument
In general, the IVF Smart Cooling Rate Tester simulates a heat treatment line with cooling rate monitoring. The high temperature furnace is used to heat the detection probe (simulated metal blank) to the quenching temperature, and the probe is placed at a constant temperature. In the quenching agent, the temperature change of the whole process is detected by the intelligent system, and the software draws and calculates the value to present the value for evaluation.


This tool adopts ISO 9950 international standard. The probe material is close to the instrument design principle and the real heat treatment production line. It has more monitoring content and calculation ability. Compared with JIS K 2242, ISO 9950 is common in most countries. Implementation of standards.
The cooling rate of the quenching medium does not have a certain standard, and the cooling rate is not as fast as possible. However, as long as it can meet the requirements of a certain process and achieve a stable cooling rate of the product quality, the corresponding cooling rate for the process. This is the best range of cooling rates.
For example: the faster the cooling rate, the harder the hardened screw and the more brittle the texture, so that it is easy to break. This is not a good thing for the fastener. The phase is selected according to the process conditions and the technical requirements of the material to be quenched. The quenching medium corresponding to the cooling rate zone is also a core technology of the heat treatment industry.
